This LivingHome, the KTLH 1.5 designed by KieranTimberlake, recently became the first home ever certified LEED Platinum in Newport Beach, and you’re invited to come take a look. The home will be open for viewing on the following dates and times:

Saturday, October 9 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, October 10 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), administered by the U.S. Green Building Council, is a national green building certification program. LEED reviews building performance in five areas: energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, materials selection, sustainable site development and water savings.
