I clicked on the link provided above to view the plans but when I clicked on the Zoom function in order to look at it more closely, the enlarged version was mostly covered by a box on the right side of the page and the plan wasn’t visible.

Ray, you’re truly great for having a multi family design.
You mean to say regardless of residential zoning you can build a multi unit attched?.If you can do that all the way to variance that’s magnificent.
Regardless I’m truly amaze with your RK1 design.
