Here’s a first look at the new LivingHome, designed by Ray Kappe, FAIA, that will soon begin production for a site in Los Altos, CA. The 3864 square foot project includes three attached units: two three-bed, three-bath units and one one-bed, one-bath unit. Featured throughout are the LivingHomes’ signature interior planters, large glass sliding doors and windows, plentiful decking, and a LEED® Gold level environmental program.

Ray, you’re truly great for having a multi family design.
You mean to say regardless of residential zoning you can build a multi unit attched?.If you can do that all the way to variance that’s magnificent.
Regardless I’m truly amaze with your RK1 design.

I clicked on the link provided above to view the plans but when I clicked on the Zoom function in order to look at it more closely, the enlarged version was mostly covered by a box on the right side of the page and the plan wasn’t visible.
